WORKING ENVIRONMENTS: neutral, aggressive, flammable, explosive, toxic liquids, emulsions, suspensions or gas-liquid mixture with a volume concentration of solid phase is not more than 30%;

dynamic viscosity of not more than 5 Pa.s;

density not exceeding 2000 kg / m2;

temperature of minus 30 to plus 250°С.

HEATERS - plumbing or cooling water, condensate, brine, steam, organic fluids with temperatures ranging from minus 30 to plus 250 °C.

Capacity of shell storage equipment -0.01, 0.025, 0.04, 0.063, 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, 0.4, 0.63 m3

Acceptable pressure (relative, at a wall temperature of 20 °C):

in the case of capacitive device with elliptical head and elliptical or flat removable lid: excess - not more than 0.6 MPa (6 kgf / cm), residual (vacuum) - not less than 0.67 kPa (5 mmHg) in depending on the type of shaft seal of the mixing device;

in the case of capacitive equipment with a flat head and flat removable lid - air (filling);

in the heat exchange device: a smooth weld shirt excessive - more than 0.4 MPa (4 kgf / cm2) in the coil gauge - no more than 1.6 MPa (16 kgf / cm2).

Acceptable excess pressure in the casing and heat exchanger at maximum wall temperature is set on the basis of calculation for strength.

Material execution of Vessels - steel grades and St3sp 12Kh18N10T depending on the composition of the working environment and mode of the apparatus.

TEMPERATURE - Temperature range limits the housing wall and the heat exchange unit from minus 30 to plus 250 ° C. Allowable wall temperature depends on the type of material and heat exchange device housing and shaft seal type mixer.
